ORDERING
By phone
Order line 051 304766 - call us Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm, Sunday 1am to 6pm.
All phone orders received before 3pm will usually be dispatched on the same day. Please have to hand your item codes and payment details.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Visa Debit, Switch, Solo, Delta and JCB Visa. Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express.
Online
For your peace of mind, all our online transactions are processed securely and we will confirm your order via email. So you can shop 24/7 with complete confidence.
Our e-commerce system uses Secure Sockets Layer Technology (SSL) to ensure that your credit card information remains private. SSL is the system that is used by all reputable e-commerce sites and is the industry standard for encryption technology. We use Secure E-Payment from AIB and their Secure Servers to manage all our online transactions.
All you have to do is select which card you want to use and key in the required information in the online form provided, including the card number and expiry date. You must provide us with a billing address before submitting your order.
SHOPPING ONLINE WITH NIALL O REILLY HAIR AND BEAUTY IS AN EASY STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS
You can browse through our selection of Hair and Beauty Products by selecting the shopping area you want by clicking on the left panel of the 'Home page' . You can move in and out of different product pages and switch between shopping areas, adding what you want to your shopping basket as you go.
If you already know the sort of product you are looking for, and haven't got time to browse, you may prefer to go straight to 'Search' to quickly find what you want.
Once you are happy with your order, you need to go through the short 'Checkout' process to sort out delivery and payment. The 'Checkout' link is at the top right corner of the page.
You can return to the homepage at any time by clicking on the 'Home' link at the top of the page.
Do I have to Create an Account?
If you are in the Hair or Beauty Profession only you can apply for a Trade Card which will entitle you to create an account with us. Once you have an account with us you can shop at our trade prices.. If you do not have an account you will be charged the retail prices for the items you select. Creating an account will allow us to keep your details for the next time you shop with us to speed up the checkout process. You can access your account whenever you wish and change your details by clicking on 'Your Account' at the top of the page. Please read our Privacy Policy.
When do I have to Sign In?
You can Sign In whenever you want, but you don't have to until you are ready to buy something with us or wish to access your 'Account' . There's no need to worry, as you will be given the option to Sign In when the time is right.
How do I choose an item?
While you are browsing in your chosen shopping area, you will be able to select any item you want to buy by clicking on 'Add To Basket', which will store it in your shopping basket until you are ready to proceed to the Checkout. Alternatively, clicking on 'Buy One Now' will take you straight to the checkout process.
To find out more about an item that interests you, click on its photo or name. You will be able to view a larger image and a detailed description. For some products, you can select the variant and quantity you want and then click 'Add To Basket'. When you are ready to buy, just go to 'Checkout'.
You can change your mind at any time before you pay for your chosen items, or you can view your Basket Contents and update the quantity or remove any item.
How do I know that the item I want is in stock?
All orders are subject to availability. However, we try to ensure we only show products on the site that are currently in stock. If you place an order for something which isn't in stock, we will contact you by phone or e-mail as soon as possible after you placed your order. We will also tell you when you can expect delivery, giving you the option of waiting or selecting another product.
How do I use my Shopping Basket?
Your shopping basket can be accessed by clicking on the 'Basket Contents' link at the top of the page. This basket will show you the costed breakdown of the products you have selected up until that point.
You can access your shopping basket at any stage, to delete items or to change the quantity selected.
When you are happy with the items in your shopping basket you can proceed to the 'Checkout' by clicking on the link at the top right-hand corner of the shopping page. If you want to continue shopping just select another product area from the 'Home Page' that appears in the blue panel on the left-hand side of the page.
What is the checkout?
The online checkout is where you can submit your order, pay for it, and arrange for delivery. You will be taken through a short step-by-step process to Sign In and review your order. You will then be asked when and where you want your items to be delivered and how you would like to pay for them. Fill in your payment details, and click MAKE PAYMENT. Only then will we collect payment from you. At the same time we will confirm your order back to you and provide you with an order number. Finally, we will e-mail you to confirm your order.

The Niall O’Reilly shopping site is designed to be used with most popular browsers. Your shopping experience will be enhanced if you are using Mozilla Firefox version 3.5 or above, Google Chrome version 4 or above, Safari version 4 or above, Opera version 10 or above and Internet Explorer version 8 or above.
Why do I need a password, and what happens if I forget it?
Using a password means that you are the only person who will be able to access your Account, which helps make shopping online with us secure.
You need your password each time you Sign In. If you have forgotten it, simply enter your login name and select the radio button which says. Please E-mail Me My Password. and click on the 'Login' button.
DELIVERY
To where can my order be delivered?
Our quoted prices apply to addresses in the mainland UK. For deliveries outside the United Kingdom or not on the mainland, charges are calculated on a case-by-case basis, depending on weight and destination. Contact us at nialloreillyhairbeauty@live.ie for delivery arrangements outside the ROI.
Delivery will be made to the delivery address completed by you when you order online.
If there is nobody at the delivery address when we attempt to deliver the order we may charge you an additional delivery fee if a time has been agreed
Whilst we endeavour to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability if the delivery is made outside of the timescale given. If you require next day delivery please ensure that your order is placed before 3pm.
We cannot accept liability for any out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed delivery or delayed deliveries
How much does delivery cost?
Within the ROI mainland, the cost is variable for orders less than 100 euros in total (ex vat total). All orders over this value have free delivery.
Items that are awaiting stock are usually dispatched within 3 days and we will keep you updated by e-mail. Please Note: Items that state "Special Order Only" can take up to 6 weeks to be delivered. Packaging
All of our products are carefully packaged to ensure that they reach you in great condition.
We use a next working day courier service for your convenience.
RETURNS POLICY
We would like you to be happy with your purchase, however if you are dissatisfied:
Cancellation under the Cooling Off Period for Retail Customers only
- If you are a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after the date your order is delivered (cooling off period) by contacting our Returns Department via email on nialloreillyhairbeauty@live.ie to specify what you want to return and your order number. For more information please refer to our Returns Procedure (below).
- You do not have to give a reason if you cancel your order within the cooling off period.
- You will be responsible for returning your order to us.
- If you do not return the order we may arrange for collection. If so, we will deduct the costs of collection from your refund.
- Please return the goods in their original condition you received the goods, unopened and unused.
- We will refund you within 30 days of your notice of cancellation.
- If there is no error made by us with your order, we will refund the cost of your order and the normal postage of delivery of your order.
- We will not refund you the cost of returning your order.
- We will not refund the cost of gift wrapping unless you return the order to us because it is damaged, defective or wrongly delivered.

For hygiene reasons, once packaging has been opened on certain products listed but not limited to the products below, we are, subject to our discretion, unable to offer a refund or exchange unless they are faulty or misdescribed. Colours may vary from the images displayed on our website.

- If you return products to us for any other reason (other than cancelling your order as a consumer under the cooling of period) we will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund where the product is defective. Please refer to our policy on returning Damaged, Defective or Wrongly Delivered Products below.
Return of Damaged, Defective or Wrongly Delivered goods
- If you return any goods in your order because it is damaged, defective or wrongly delivered, we will be happy to refund the cost of delivery of your order (including any gift wrapping costs and other services provided in connection with your purchase) and we will reimburse the costs of returning the goods to us.

We cannot accept returns without an authorisation number being issued by one of our customer service team.

2 REGISTRATION
2.1 Before you use and shop at sallyexpress.com you may choose to register with us.
2.2 You must be eighteen years of age or over.
2.3 You must ensure that the details you provide are correct and inform us immediately of any changes to your details.

2.5 When you have registered with us we will set up your account.
2.6 To access your account you will need to enter your user name and password.

3 PRICES
3.1 It is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free. Prices may change over time and there may be occasions when prices are incorrect and differ from your previous order(s). Correct prices will be invoiced to you at the prices on the date when your order is ready for dispatch and confirmed on your delivery confirmation.
3.2 All 'Retail' prices include VAT. All 'Trade' prices exclude VAT.
3.3 Delivery charges are clearly highlighted throughout this website.
3.4 Promotions and prices you see in this website are not necessarily available at Niall O’Reilly Hair and Beauty stores and vice versa
4 AVAILABILITY
We aim to hold all products in stock at all times. However, sometimes a product might prove more popular than we expected and therefore there may be occasional delays. If so, we will give you our best estimate of delivery times and endeavour to keep you informed.
5 ORDERING AND ACCEPTANCE
5.1 All orders will be subject to our acceptance of the order.
5.2 You consent to us notifying you via your email address provided on registration about your order.
5.3 When you submit your order you will receive an automatic return email notifying you that we are processing your order.
5.4 We will then send you a second email acknowledging your order and your invoice with an estimated delivery time.
5.5 Please notify us immediately via email on nialloreillyhairbeauty@live.ie if your order is incorrect or if you wish to cancel your order.
5.6 Your order will be accepted by us when we despatch the goods to you.
6 DELIVERY
6.1 Please refer to our delivery terms.
7 OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
7.1 Where prices are incorrect due to a typographical error in the pricing information we reserve the right to cancel your order.
7.2 We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these terms and conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
7.3 We will notify you by email and will replace or refund any monies paid within 30 days of your order.

9 LIABILITY
